What we collect
To provide the service we may process: account registration and login data; business data in org/workspace (campaigns, tasks, asset versions, review records, publish config); and technical logs needed for operation and security.
How we use it
For authentication, workspace collaboration, async jobs, review and publish flows, billing/quota where enabled, and troubleshooting and security. Private content you produce in the workspace is not published publicly.
Data isolation
Body copy, review records, and publish config in your workspace belong to your org/workspace and are visible only to authorized members—not on the CopyArk marketing site or other customers’ views.
Storage & access
Data lives in service databases and necessary logs; access constrained by org roles. Publish channel credentials stay in workspace publish config—not Agent tool parameters.
